By using any service provided by Q&A Logistics, the customer agrees to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. By proceeding with our services, you confirm that you have read, understood, and accepted all terms. Continued use of our services constitutes ongoing acceptance.
Q&A Logistics provides courier and logistics services including:
Shipping from USA to Jamaica
Air & Sea Freight Services
Package handling and processing
Online shopping assistance (where applicable)
Pickup and delivery services
Third-party courier delivery (if necessary)
We reserve the right to modify or discontinue services at any time without prior notice.
We offer weekly shipping services. Delivery timelines are estimates and may be affected by:
Customs processing
Weather conditions
Airline/shipping delays
Unforeseen circumstances
Q&A Logistics is not liable for delays beyond our control.
We provide delivery services across Jamaica.
Additional areas may be serviced via third-party couriers at the customer’s expense.
All shipments are transported at the customer’s own risk.
Q&A Logistics assumes limited liability for:
Loss
Damage
Delays
Our responsibility begins when the package arrives at our warehouse and ends when it is delivered or handed to a third-party carrier.
We are not responsible for:
Vendor/seller mistakes
Incorrect customer information
Packages lost before reaching our warehouse
Third-party courier issues
We are not responsible for damage caused by poor packaging.
Fragile items such as:
Electronics
Glass
Liquids
Cosmetics
are shipped entirely at the customer’s risk.
Customers must comply with all shipping laws.
Prohibited items include:
Illegal drugs
Firearms & weapons
Explosives & hazardous materials
Counterfeit goods
Perishable items
Cash or negotiable instruments
Any prohibited item may be confiscated without refund.
Customers are responsible for:
Customs duties
Taxes
Government fees
Q&A Logistics is not liable for customs delays or seizures.
Full payment is required before purchase
Customers must confirm item details before ordering
Payments are non-refundable after purchase
We are not responsible for vendor-related issues (wrong size, delays, etc.).
We accept:
Cash
Bank transfers
Online payments
All payments must be completed before shipment processing.
All claims must be submitted within 48 hours of receiving your package via:

Claims must include proof (photos, receipts, etc.).
WhatsApp messages do not qualify as official claims.
Packages must be collected within 7 days of notification
Storage fee: $500 JMD per day after 7 days
Uncollected packages after 30 days may be disposed of or auctioned
Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours in advance (where applicable).
Fees may apply.
Q&A Logistics reserves the right to update these Terms at any time. Changes take effect immediately upon posting.
